Can murá also be used as "tender" or delicate? or is it an uncommon definition people wouldn't understand?

an example i guess would be

Pumapatak yung ulan nang murá. = The rain was falling tenderly.

    Mura in that context sounds weird. We would say “pumapatak ang ulan ng dahan-dahan” even this still sounds weird. To be in the safer side I’d say

    Dahan-dahang pumapatak ang ulan
