I'm wondering what the expression "kulira ka" means in English. My best guess that it is a more polite version of telling someone "fuck you". Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response.

    kulira = cholera
    kulira ka = (literally) May you be afflicted with cholera!
    It is equivalent to "Damn you!" or "Bugger you!"; not as strong as "Fuck you!".
    It can also be uttered in a jocular way, just as the English expressions can be.
