    Thanks for the error report. The reason that you see both these terms on the same page is that since the Acordo Ortográfico of 1990 the word fôrma is deemed to be spelt forma, even though the two are pronounced differently.

    Anyway, I'm adding English translations of both of these terms to the existing page (forma), then flagging it to the Portuguese Base editors so they can decide how to differentiate between the two senses and between the pre- and post-AO spellings. The changes will eventually be seen online, though it may take a while.

    By the way, these words are of course feminine.
