I found 2 translations for Mozart's motet "Exsultate, jubilate". Which one is closer to the original in Latin?

Tu virginum corona,

tu nobis pacem dona,

tu consolare affectus,

unde suspirat cor.

You, o crown of virgins,
grant us peace,
console our feelings,
from which our hearts sigh.

OR

You crown of virgins,
you give us peace,
you console our feelings,
whence our heart sighs.

I agree the first one is better but, Anne345, if the 'you's were repeated it would no longer be imperative in English - the distinction would be lost. Tricky...
