Bohemian piano

Hallo, I came across a 1815 Bohemian piano with a label, which I reproduce below, which for me is illegible. t is probably written in a calligraphy like Fraktur or Kurrent or other. Would someone be able to read it for me and transcribe it into modern characters? The first word is probably the surname of the maker and the last word is the town where he worked. Many thanks for help.

It is neither in Czech nor written in Kurrentschrift (Sütterlin, in the past used also in our country).

It is written in a common Latin script. I have deciphered it as Nostrano in Milano. ;)

I had not thought to read the words on the contrary. Reading from the right to the left, the inscription makes sense. Many thanks for the help.
