最近では息子が母親に平気で「このタコ」などというそうです。
「早く食べて学校へ行きなさい」
「うるさいな、タコ」
「ハーイ、タコでーすー」
字面にするとうまく伝わらないかもしれませんが、身振りよろしく歌にのせて返した。
With the help of gestures?
With the help of beautiful gestures?
Gesticulating well?

    Thank you!
But the point is, I don't quite understand which one is more correct?
With the help of gestures (= just using gestures, no matter in what way)?
With the help of beautiful gestures?
    Gesticulating well (=skillfully)?

Aよく is an adverbial phrase that literally means something like "with (a) good A".
It's not really possible to translate it into English.

    勢いよくそりで滑った
    リズムよく歌った
    (その日は)天気もよくピクニックに行った
